Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is recruiting EHS Professionals to join our EHS Professional Development Program. This program is designed to provide challenging professional-level EHS assignments to recent or upcoming graduates in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection or Environmental Science.

Candidates will work at a designated US location with a mentor for 12-18 months, learning our EHS Management Systems and culture while gaining exposure to drive EHS success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in an Environmental, Health, Safety or Fire Protection Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of EHS policy and procedures with focus on prevention, risk reduction, industrial hygiene, fire protection and environmental compliance.
• Conduct and complete assessments, develop procedures and conduct training.
• Conduct, document and resolve EHS self-assessments.
• Learn Howmet EHS Management Systems.
