Stoa Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for multifamily construction in Greenville, NC. You will own critical phases from drywall to turnover and coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure safety, schedule, and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily, commercial, or residential construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and jobsite activities.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety practices.
• Procore or similar construction software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own phases of construction from drywall through turnover, including exterior painting and landscaping.
• Work with Superintendent to deliver buildings safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Maintain daily logs and document project activities in Procore.
• Coordinate finishing trades and manage site logistics.
• Identify delays early and communicate solutions.
