Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with ground-up, multi-family projects of 100+ units.
• Experience reading plans, specs, drawings, contracts, and documents.
• Strong communication, leadership and team coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily collaboration with the superintendent and on-site staff.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain safe, productive worksite.
• Monitor safety policies and OSHA compliance on-site.
• Attend weekly subcontractor and safety meetings.
• Maintain construction schedule and sequencing for efficiency.
• Submit daily logs and ensure timely document flow to accounting.
