Stoa Group in Greenville, NC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead key construction phases on large-scale multifamily projects. You will own drywall-through-turnover activities, coordinate with the Superintendent, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role emphasizes field leadership, Procore usage, and collaboration with subcontractors. Travel to Gulf Coast Region projects may be required; a strong sense of ownership and accountability is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or residential construction.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and jobsite activities.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction software preferred.
• Self-motivated with ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel to projects within the Gulf Coast Region.

Aufgaben

• Execute assigned phases of construction from drywall through turnover, including exterior painting and landscaping.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent/Lead Superintendent to ensure safe, on-schedule, high-quality delivery.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and document progress in Procore.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries.
