Job summary

Mountain Management Group seeks a Superintendent for multifamily construction in Greenville, SC. Lead on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and the project team to maintain safety and schedule, while supporting contract administration as needed.

This role reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive, and requires strong communication and organizational skills to guide the project from start to finish on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily construction is required.
• Podium and Wrap experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in Austin market is a plus.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with subcontractors on site.
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management.

• Perform on-site Superintendent duties
