Job summary

The Connections Associate at Southeast Christian Church guides people to take the next step in their faith journey by connecting first-time visitors with ongoing discipleship pathways. You will equip group leaders, support women’s and connections ministries, and help shepherd volunteers across various roles.

Strong relational skills, a heart for ministry, and the ability to explain doctrinal issues clearly are essential as you collaborate with staff and serve the congregation at our Indiana

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bible, Ministry or Christian Education required.
• 3+ years ministry experience preferred in a church setting.
• Ability to explain doctrinal issues clearly and in an understandable manner.
• Strong work ethic and a team player who interacts well with staff, members, and guests.
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.

Responsibilities

• Guide people to take the next step in their connection to Jesus.
• Equip group leaders and connect with first-time visitors.
• Provide administrative support for women's ministry and connections ministry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Bible/Ministry/Christian Education
