Job summary

Grace Church seeks a Campus Connections Director to lead the Connections Ministry Teams, oversee spiritual development, care, and community engagement at the South Overland Park campus. The role reports to the Campus Pastor and requires building strong volunteer networks, coordinating events, and sustaining confidentiality and Christlike leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ministry leadership experience.
• Strong relational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Connections Ministry Teams across spiritual development, care, involvement and safety.
• Build and lead volunteer teams; promote serving opportunities within Grace Church.
• Develop and manage the annual Ministry Plan and Budget; oversee campus events.
• Support the Campus Pastor with weekend service leadership and spiritual oversight.
• Coordinate campus-specific Connecting & Community Events and assimilation processes.
