Job summary

Lakeland Community Church in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, seeks a full-time Connections Pastor to lead Guest Services, Adult Groups, and connection strategies that help guests become fully engaged followers of Jesus. You will recruit, coach, and develop leaders while strengthening systems that empower spiritual growth and belonging within the Lakeland community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading church ministries and volunteer teams.
• Ability to develop scalable systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of belonging by creating welcoming environments.
• Lead Guest Experience and develop volunteers for weekend environments.
• Build healthy Adult Groups and discipleship pathways.
• Develop leaders and leadership pipelines.
• Create clear connection pathways moving guests to active participants.
• Strengthen ministry systems with metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate across ministries to integrate belonging.
• Provide pastoral leadership including care, baptisms, weddings, funerals.
