Real Life Church is seeking a Care & Connections Pastor to develop an expanding network of group leaders, coaches, and care volunteers, overseeing Community Groups and congregational care to foster healthy relationships and spiritual growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in ministry, theology, counseling, or related field.
• 3+ years of pastoral leadership experience.
• Licensed, commissioned, or ordained minister preferred.
• Experience recruiting and developing volunteer leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Groups Leadership & Development efforts.
• Provide pastoral care for people in crisis, grief, illness, or life transition.
• Oversee Congregational Care and hospital/crisis responses.
• Coordinate baptism follow-up and guest experiences.
• Collaborate with staff to identify care needs and ensure connections across the church.
