Job summary

Tri-City Mental Health Authority invites applications for Group Services Coordinators to plan, coordinate, and support adult behavioral health group services. You will help create curricula, coordinate referrals, and monitor group participation across AOP and ICM programs.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive care within multidisciplinary teams, with flexible scheduling and potential hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field required with four years of relevant mental health experience.
• Experience facilitating psychoeducational/therapeutic groups for adults with serious mental illness.
• Experience coordinating behavioral health programming or group services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain group schedules based on client needs and resources.
• Develop group curricula and identify evidence-based materials.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with licensed clinical staff.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups as assigned.
