Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Team Leader to supervise a team delivering services to individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. The role centers on coordinating services per each person’s PCP in various settings, including residential, school, and community environments.

The position requires clinical supervision of staff, coordination of training, and maintaining documentation and service authorizations.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified in a human-service field per NC MH/DD/SA service definition.
• Experience supervising staff in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Ability to coordinate services and maintain PCP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor services per person’s PCP.
• Provide clinical supervision to all employees.
• Interview, hire, and train staff; plan and direct work.
• Maintain 24/7/365 on-call coverage for consumers and their support networks.
• Complete daily service notes with client data and interventions.
