The role focuses on matching guest needs with products and services using our sales software and maintaining strong relationships with existing guest and group customers. The successful candidate will work closely with Guest Services and Front Desk staff to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment,

Qualifications

• Availability for weekends and holidays; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule group visits, keeping departments informed.
• Generate group sales through cold calls, emails, and relationships.
• Provide weekly forecasts and project updates to managers.
• Correspond with group leaders and present sales products.
• Act as onsite point person to welcome and prep groups.
• Organize and collect group invoices with accounting coordination.
• Support Guest Services and Front Desk to meet goals.
• Process sales transactions in person, by phone, email, or web.
• Answer guest inquiries and relay product/service information.
• Direct calls to the right departments and handle confidential matters.
• Assist guests with reservations using sales software.
• Balance cash drawers at end of day.
