Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Group Sales team at the Cottonwood Corporate Center. You will drive revenue by qualifying leads, managing bookings, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across inbound and outbound sales efforts.

You will own designated sales initiatives, coordinate with clients, and support selling of lift tickets, activities, and resort experiences. A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• 5 years of job-specific sales experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
• Bachelor's Degree or related field experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Delphi, SMS Host preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and represent the resort brand as a front-line sales professional
• Qualify leads and convert inquiries into bookings
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks
• Upsell lift tickets, activities, and resort experiences
• Coordinate client accommodations and transport for site visits and hosted events
• Maintain CRM updates and cross‑department collaboration
