Job summary

Ski Shawnee, Inc. seeks a Group Sales & Day Visit Coordinator to grow our group programs and ensure seamless visits from reservation through arrival. This role blends sales outreach, business development, and guest coordination with schools, scouts, camps, churches, and community groups.

In pre-season months, focus on outreach and meetings to promote group programs; during winter, coordinate visits, answer questions, and partner with departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, recreation, education, or tourism is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays during winter.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with new group customers including schools, youth organizations, scouts, camps, churches, and community groups.
• Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits.
• Coordinate lift tickets, rentals, lessons, meal vouchers, and other group needs.
• Welcome groups upon arrival and provide support throughout their visit.
• Plan and coordinate Scout Weekend each March.
