The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha's Blackstone District is seeking a dynamic Group Sales Manager to grow our group business and elevate the guest experience. You will drive group revenue, build lasting client relationships, and position The Cottonwood as a top choice for meetings and events in a premier luxury and lifestyle setting.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, preferably hotel group sales.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Results-driven with ability to meet revenue targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-account management.
• Ability to analyze opportunities, trends, and develop strategies.
• Proficient with CRM, sales reporting, and Office apps; hotel sales system a plus.
• Collaborative mindset across hotel departments.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
