Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue across hotel segments. You will conduct site visits, present proposals, and coordinate with operations to service groups while maximizing occupancy and profitability.

Qualifications

Prior Marriott Hotel Sales experience, CI/TY and Lightspeed experience is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
High level of creativity.

Responsibilities

Move throughout property to conduct site inspections.
Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel.
Prepare weekly resumes and event orders for departments to ensure proper servicing of groups.
Submit weekly activity reports to ADOS on a timely basis.
Coordinate various departments' participation in servicing accounts.
Develop and conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
Travel locally to conduct outside calls and promote the hotel.
Represent hotel at trade shows.
