The Group Sales Manager is an individual who is enthusiastic and competitive, and has experience in the sales process and function of a hotel. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, conducting site inspections, soliciting, and generating business. Duties also include preparing and presenting effective proposals, maintaining well organized documentation and reports, and coordinating customer service requirements as appropriate. The Group Sales Manager will also participate in and may lead sales, event, and other staff meetings. This position will focus on smaller size groups, involve high lead volume, and require strong selling skills.
The salary range for this position is $67,200 to $75,600 commensurate with experience.
