Job summary

AURO Hotels is seeking a Group Sales Manager in Orlando to lead and grow group business across rooms, F&B and meeting spaces. You will solicit associations, bid contracts, negotiate rates, and maintain key client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Proven sales background in hospitality, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple opportunities and collaborate with all hotel departments are required to deliver exceptional service and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality/group sales experience is preferred.
• Proven telephone prospecting and closing skills.
• Knowledge of yield management and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new group business, primarily from Association Market.
• Meet or exceed revenue goals across rooms, F&B, and meeting spaces.
• Negotiate contracts and rates to maximize revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with departments to plan events and service delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue repeat business.
