Job summary

Crayola Experience Orlando is seeking an Assistant Manager of Group Sales to develop and execute a group sales strategy for bus groups, social markets, meetings, and corporate groups. You will lead a Group Sales team, create territories, and provide regular performance reports to forecast revenue and growth.

The role requires at least 5 years in sales, experience managing a sales team, and strong CRM proficiency. Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of sales experience.
• Previous experience managing a sales team.
• Previous experience developing sales presentations, sales collateral & kits.
• Previous experience in sales forecasting preferred.
• Must be flexible and available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to potential customer sites.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to guest services procedures.
• PC proficiency and experience with CRM required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple functions and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales goals and objectives.
• Leading group sales staff and contacting new group accounts weekly to promote visitation.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly & monthly reports for Group Sales categories.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports and budget forecasts for Group Sales.
• Coordinate with other departments to share leads and plan events.
• Oversee collateral material distribution and sales tools development.
• Manage billing and collections for Group Sales and post charges.
