Job summary

Crayola Experience in Orlando is seeking a Group Sales Associate to drive revenue through community outreach, school partnerships, and corporate engagements while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will build relationships with schools, camps, hotels, churches, and organizations, deliver sales presentations, negotiate group rates, and coordinate programs and events to meet annual sales goals. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
  • Experience with outside or group sales preferred.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including shifts as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation for travel to potential customer sites.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to guest service, admission and programming procedures.
  • Proficient with computers and scheduling software to coordinate and maintain group reservation records.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent English communication.

The Group Sales Associate builds relationships with schools, businesses, hotels, churches, and community organizations to generate group visits to Crayola Experience. This role develops new client relationships, delivers sales presentations, coordinates group programs and special events, and works collaboratively with internal teams to create memorable guest experiences while achieving annual sales goals.

Group Sales Associate – Crayola Experience, Orlando, Full-Time

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This position drives group sales revenue through community outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives while supporting exceptional guest experiences and increasing attendance.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve annual sales goals and objectives.
Builds strategic partnerships with local schools, camps, churches, hotels, businesses, and organizations to drive participation in group visit and consignment programs.
Meets with prospective clients, attends networking events, delivers sales presentations, and negotiates group sales rates to drive revenue growth.
Develops creative ways to target niche markets to promote onsite activities; generating leads for new business.
Supports onsite operations for groups and onsite events seeing to their needs, including check-in.
Works cross-functionally with Admissions, Attractions, and Food & Beverage teams to provide an exceptional and memorable guest experience.
Completes required weekly sales outreach and client engagement activities to support group sales objectives.
Leverages sales analytics to provide insights that support informed business decisions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
Experience with outside or group sales preferred.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including shifts as needed to support business operations.
Must have reliable transportation (properly insured and registered vehicle) for travel to potential customer sites
Demonstrated ability to adhere to appropriate guest service, admission and programming procedures and policies.
Demonstrated proficiency with computers and scheduling software to coordinate, enter, and maintain accurate group reservation records.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Effective oral and written communications skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple functions and multitask.
