Davidson Hospitality Group seeks an Event Sales and Planning Assistant to work with our event sales and planning teams, aiding in inquiries, proposals, contracts, and seamless execution of weddings, conferences, galas and more.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment, delivering exceptional service and contributing to memorable events at this landmark property.

Qualifications

• One year front office, reservations, sales, and/or catering experience preferred.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Valid driver’s license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event sales and planning activities, including client inquiries, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand event needs, preferences and budgets.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, decor and audiovisual requirements.
• Assist in creating event timelines and itineraries.
• Support budget management and financial transactions for events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
