Job summary

Phoenix Raceway seeks a motivated, passionate Group Sales Account Executive to drive group ticket sales revenue and build strong relationships with businesses, organizations, and community partners. This role focuses on generating new business, growing existing accounts, and creating memorable race-day experiences for group ticket customers.

You'll generate new group sales revenue through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and in-person appointments, while maintaining 60-80

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience; experience in sports sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours during events.

Responsibilities

• Generate new group sales revenue through prospecting, cold calling, networking and appointments.
• Maintain high outbound activity with daily calls and meetings with clients.
• Develop new opportunities via referrals and outreach to businesses and partners.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to uncover group ticket opportunities.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
