Job summary

The Florida Panthers Hockey Club is seeking an Account Executive, Group Sales to prospect and sell group ticket packages to South Florida businesses and clubs. This on-site, full-time role requires building strong client relationships, managing a diverse ticket portfolio, and driving revenue across season, suite, and event packages.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, preferably in sports, live entertainment, or hospitality.
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and client-relations skills with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted group ticket sales strategies for Panthers games and arena events.
Drive new business, renewals, and upsells through outbound outreach and campaigns.
Prospect, generate leads, and close new business via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Maintain a high level of client service and manage relationships with businesses, clubs, and schools.
Meet or exceed sales goals across all ticket products and provide regular pipeline updates.
