The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort is seeking a Destination Sales Executive to join our Sales team, collaborating with the Sales Office, Area Sales team, and hotel leadership to bring group business to life. You will identify new opportunities, coordinate site visits, maximize revenue, and build strong relationships with customers.

Competenze

• A high school diploma or GED with four years of sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related experience.
• Or a two-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with two years of sales and marketing experience.
• Large group sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building skills; knowledge of the local destination and resort offerings.

• Book group events and catering opportunities in partnership with the Sales Office and Area Sales teams.
• Identify new group and catering opportunities and support revenue goals.
• Coordinate site inspections and Familiarization Tours; assist with client events.
• Showcase the resort, amenities, and local destination; demonstrate competitive advantages.
• Greet clients on site, assist guests, and ensure service standards throughout the sales process.
• Participate in pre- and post-convention meetings to capture group needs.
