The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort is seeking a Destination Sales Executive to join our Sales team. You will collaborate with the Sales Office, Area Sales team, and hotel leadership to bring group business to life, coordinate site visits, and maximize revenue while building strong client relationships.

You will work to identify new opportunities, manage site inspections, Familiarization Tours, and pre/post-convention activities, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to brand standards

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with four years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or a related professional area.
• Two-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with two years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
• Large Group Sales Experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Book group events and catering opportunities with clients.
• Coordinate site inspections and Familiarization Tours for potential clients.
• Identify new group and catering opportunities and support revenue goals.
• Collaborate with account managers to create personalized experiences.
• Assist with pre- and post-convention meetings and ensure service excellence.
