Village Camp Flagstaff is seeking a proactive Group Sales & Event Manager to generate, quote, and close profitable group business. You will coordinate weddings, corporate retreats, reunions, and other events, acting as the primary liaison between clients and operations to ensure seamless execution and EPIC guest experiences.

The role emphasizes ongoing growth, relationship building, and accurate documentation from contract through departure, with on-site leadership support from the village team.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years hotel, resort, hospitality, catering, event, or group sales experience required.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new group business.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.

Mansioni

• Proactively solicit, develop, and close new group business to meet revenue goals.
• Conduct weekly outside sales calls and build relationships with local businesses and event professionals.
• Attend chamber meetings, networking events, and industry functions to generate new business.
• Respond to new group leads within 24 hours with professional follow-up.
• Conduct property tours and sales appointments showcasing Village Camp experience.
