Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities in Flagstaff, AZ seeks a Group Sales & Event Manager to drive group business for Village Camp Flagstaff. You will prospect, contract, and execute weddings, corporate retreats, and other group events, delivering an EPIC guest experience.

This role partners with operations, sets pricing, maintains the sales pipeline, and serves as the on-site lead for large events, ensuring outstanding service and profitability.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in hotel, resort, hospitality, catering, event, or group sales.
Proven prospecting and closing new business history.
Ability to manage multiple groups, deadlines, and event details.

Responsibilities

Solicit, develop, and close new group business to meet revenue goals.
Conduct weekly outside calls and network with local businesses and planners.
Attend chamber events and represent Village Camp to generate leads.
Prepare Group Resumes and BEOs; coordinate with operations.
On-site lead for large groups; ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain contracts, deposits, and billing in the CRM with accuracy.
