NDM Hospitality seeks a Group Sales Coordinator in Kissimmee, FL to handle confidential administrative duties for the Group Sales & Travel Industry Department. The role requires broad experience, discretion, and strong organizational skills to support managers and coordinate travel, meetings, and contracts.

The candidate will transcribe materials, greet clients, and manage schedules while handling multiple projects. Weekend availability and Orlando market familiarity are a plus in this position.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Administrative Sales Assistant experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Transcribe, format, proofread, and prepare a variety of materials for the group sales team.
• Meet and greet clients, answer calls, and route messages to the appropriate managers.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and event logistics for the department.
• Assist with contracts and sales reports; maintain confidentiality of information.
• Support managers on multiple projects and handle weekend work as needed.
