Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to ensure accurate management of group and transient room inventory, reservations, and related sales support functions in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will liaise between Sales, Catering, Revenue Management, Front Office, and other departments, delivering exceptional service from initial booking through post-event execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, hotel reservations, sales support, or group housing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with hotel sales systems or ability to quickly learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for incoming sales inquiries and provide professional service to clients and internal partners.
• Coordinate group room blocks with Sales, Catering, and clients to ensure accurate reservation management.
• Monitor group pickup, cut-off dates, and room block utilization; release unused inventory to maximize revenue.
• Balance and reconcile room inventory daily across systems and assist in managing group/transient inventory controls.
• Resolve rooming list challenges and communicate VIP reservation information to operational teams for seamless guest experiences.
