Job summary

TD Bank Group in New York and New Jersey is seeking a Senior Manager, Group Risk to lead the Risk Identification Catalog & Measurement (RICM) team within Enterprise Risk Management. The role focuses on identifying, measuring and overseeing top and emerging risks across US operations.

You will mentor and develop staff, partner with senior leaders to design risk frameworks, and drive strategic plans while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of multiple risk disciplines, governance, regulations, controls, and processes.
• Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, regulations and mitigation.
• Ability to forecast initiatives and annual strategic plan.
• Budgeting, P&L, and resource allocation experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a function of enterprise risk program professionals providing oversight and control advisory services.
• Develops risk enterprise-wide frameworks, policies, standards, procedures in coordination with management.
• Works with executive leaders to develop proactive strategies, tactics, policies and programs to manage regulatory/compliance issues.
• Leads a high performing team, coaches and develops employees, ensures performance management.
• Manages budgets, revenue and expenditures, aligns with TD's risk appetite.
• Establishes and facilitates cross-functional collaboration to implement risk initiatives.
