TD is seeking a Senior Manager Group Risk to lead a diverse team within the Risk Identification Catalog & Measurement (RICM) function. You will oversee risk events, measurement, and reporting for significant risks across TD’s US operations, partnering with executives to shape risk strategy and compliance.

You will manage budgets, guide talent development, and align risk activities with enterprise goals while communicating effectively with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience in risk management
• Advanced knowledge of multiple risk management disciplines, governance, regulations and controls
• Ability to forecast initiatives and develop annual strategic plan
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and resource allocation
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsabilités

• Provide people management leadership by hiring talent, setting goals, developing staff
• Oversee a large, complex reporting function for risk, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coach and mentor practitioners and executives within area of expertise
• Partner with leadership on portfolio, financials and enterprise risk strategy
• Lead enterprise-wide risk programs and respond to audits and regulatory examinations
• Develop strategic roadmaps and annual plans for risk functions
