Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Washington state at Joint Base Lewis-McChord is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to manage group bookings and contracts and assist with on-site meetings. You will maintain group blocks, rooming lists and reservations in the property management system, process changes and cancellations, and coordinate with sales and other departments to fulfill contract requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience as a reservationist, front desk agent, or relevant field.
• Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reservations, room blocks and contracts for large groups.
• Maintain group blocks, rooming lists and reservations in system.
• Process group requests, changes and cancellations and update blocks in the system.
• Create and update group notes and coordinate with other departments.
• Provide reports and respond to group inquiries and issues.
