The Area Reservations Manager leads the Reservations function and supports Revenue performance by controlling room inventory and distribution strategy for the Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt Regency Seattle, and Hyatt at Olive 8. This hands-on leader coordinates the Group reservations and Sales process, monitors group pickup and partners with Revenue Management and Events to maximize occupancy and revenue. The role also oversees Reservations standards, system accuracy, and the training and development of Reservations colleagues and all related Reservation responsibilities to deliver a responsive, reliable guest experience.
