Job summary

Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator to assist the Group Reservations Manager with processing and maintaining accurate group rooming arrangements for The Sanctuary Hotel and Resort Villas.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering professional service to guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Multi-task, work under pressure, and be detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain group rooming arrangements for The Sanctuary hotel and Villas.
• Ensure accuracy of resort (Villas) and hotel group reservations forms.
• Provide friendly, professional service in all communications with guests and coworkers.
• Work closely with Group Reservations team and assist the Group Reservations Manager.
• Perform quarterly system audits (SalesForce and Agilysys).
• All other duties as assigned.
