Job summary

Kiawah Island Golf Resort seeks a Housekeeping Office Coordinator at The Sanctuary to support office tasks and room attendants, ensuring timely, organized workflow and communication across teams.

The role combines office duties with on-site room inspections, leveraging Agilysys and RGuest systems to manage requests, updates, and equipment needs, while upholding the resort's standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Highly organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with Agilysys and RGuest Service on tablet.
• Basic knowledge of resort activities; ensure timeliness of customer needs.
• Follows directions with attention to detail, speed, accuracy and follow-through.
• Report faulty equipment, linen shortages, maintenance needs and safety hazards immediately.
• Restock work areas for the next shift.
• Assist with office duties and become familiar with Agilysys and R guest operating systems.
• Ability to start the day in an office environment and switch to room inspections.
• Answer office calls professionally; assist PM Housekeeping Manager on duty.
• Strong understanding of room cleanliness/inspection process.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assure completion of housekeeping tasks assigned to room attendants.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness.
• Use radio system and tablet to pass along information and receive updates.
• Assist with office duties and become familiar with Agilysys and R guest OS.
• Inspect rooms and assist the PM Housekeeping Manager on duty.
• Restock and prepare work areas for next shift.
