Job summary

Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a Group Transportation Coordinator for The Sanctuary. You will assist in coordinating pickups and arrivals, greet group guests, and manage transportation data and dispatch. The role requires attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work with a team and independently.

Shifts run 8:30am–5:00pm and 2:00pm–10:30pm. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and excel with MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education – High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• 2–3 years of Office Administration experience preferred.
• Guest service in a luxury hotel/resort setting is preferred but not required.
• Must be flexible with scheduling including holidays and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs: PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
• Typing speed 45–50 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickups and arrivals for guest groups and greet guests on arrival.
• Input airport manifests and guest reservations into the Transportation Computer System.
• Route transfers, assign transfers, dispatch transfers, monitor flights, and produce notices.
• Communicate changes with meeting planners and greeters as needed.
• Assist Transportation Specialist with data input for group arrivals/departures.
