The role requires process discipline, accuracy, and strong collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, Reservations, and shipboard teams.

The position emphasizes timely servicing, documentation accuracy, and adherence to program requirements, with in-office work in South Florida and limited travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required with 2+ years in a similar role.
• Experience coordinating bookings, payments, reporting, invoicing, and documentation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage group program bookings after proposal cycles.
• Coordinate onboard credits and pre-cruise orders; verify amounts and details.
• Support servicing, reporting, and payment management across the portfolio.
• Coordinate pricing, group setup with Revenue Management, and ensure accurate pricing terms.
• Assist with post-charter reconciliation and documentation retention.
• Maintain audit-ready program files and follow established controls.
