Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in Miami is seeking a Groups Programs Coordinator to support Charters, Incentives, Large Groups, and Travel Advisor Conference programs from proposal through post-charter closeout. You will create and maintain bookings, coordinate pricing, and liaise with Revenue Management to ensure accurate setup and documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in program coordination or hospitality, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Qualifications

• High School GED with 2+ years in a similar role or responsibilities.
• Experience in program coordination, sales administration, hospitality, events.
• Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office; strong record-keeping.
• Ability to manage bookings, payments, reporting, invoicing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage group program bookings after the proposal cycle; maintain records through servicing.
• Coordinate onboard credits and manage Bon Voyage and Fun Shop orders; validate details.
• Support servicing across the CMI portfolio; maintain trackers and status reports; monitor deadlines.
• Coordinate group setup with Revenue Management for large groups and Travel Advisor conferences.
• Assist with post-charter reconciliation and partner invoicing; retain documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready program files and suggest process improvements.
