Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in Miami, FL seeks a Coordinator, Entertainment Experience – Programming & Operations to support the execution of entertainment programs across the fleet. You will assist with inventory, purchasing, invoicing, reporting, and vendor communications to ensure seamless events and high guest satisfaction.

Based in South Florida, this in-office role collaborates with shipboard Entertainment teams and shoreside partners to uphold quality standards, safety, and operational readiness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Entertainment, Recreation, Tourism, Hospitality or Business preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet-wide entertainment operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate inventory tracking and ordering for holidays and events.
• Maintain quality standards for supplies, collateral, and equipment.
• Lead shipping logistics and vendor coordination for shipments.
• Provide administrative support including requisitions in iProcurement and TGEM data collection.
• Assist with travel arrangements, training, and onboarding for shipboard team members.
