Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for FinHub to own the money movement systems ensuring every fund flow ends in a correct terminal state. You will define service levels, apply financial and compliance controls, and lead real-time detection and remediation across fiat and crypto rails.

You’ll oversee cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other product groups to establish control ownership and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in money movement, payments, or financial platforms at scale.
• Track record owning strategy for large-scale money movement or financial systems.
• Deep technical fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, and ledgering.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto.
• Build the controls infrastructure applying risk, compliance, and financial controls to each flow.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails, networks, controls, and ledger to resolve failures.
• Scale correctness through AI agents that propose controls and triage alerts.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product teams to establish control ownership.
