Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience focused on money movement or financial systems.
• Strategy ownership for large-scale money movement or financial systems (payments, ledgers, reconciliation).
• Strong technical fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, and controls design.
• Ability to set standards across a regulated environment and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability across fiat and crypto.
• Build the controls infrastructure for risk, compliance, and financial controls across flows.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails, networks, and ledgers.
• Scale correctness with AI agents that propose controls, triage alerts, and remediate within limits.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product groups to own fund flows.
