Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for FinHub within Platform to own money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in money movement, payments infrastructure, ledgering, or financial platforms at scale.
• Track record owning strategy for large-scale money movement or financial systems.
• Deep technical fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, double-entry ledgering, reconciliation, and control design.
• Ability to set standards across organizational boundaries in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience using generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto.
• Build the controls infrastructure governing money movement and verify proper execution before funds move.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails, networks, controls, and ledger to resolve failures quickly.
• Scale correctness through AI agents that propose controls and triage alerts within governed limits.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product groups to establish control ownership and accountability.
