Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for FinHub to own the systems ensuring every fund flow ends in a correct terminal state, overseeing controls, detection, and remediation for both fiat and crypto movements.

You will set reliability standards for money movement, lead cross-functional efforts with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product teams, and drive end-to-end improvements in cost, quality, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in money movement or payments at scale.
• Strategy ownership for large-scale money movement or financial systems.
• Deep fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation.
• Ability to set and enforce cross-team standards in a highly regulated environment.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto.
• Build controls infrastructure to apply risk, compliance, and financial controls to each flow and verify them.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails, networks, controls, and ledger to resolve failures fast.
• Scale correctness through AI agents that propose controls, triage alerts, and remediate within limits.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product groups to establish control ownership and accountability.
