Uber is seeking a Group Product Manager for consumer loyalty in New York, directing strategy and product experience for the loyalty platform and transforming it into a high-value ecosystem. You will lead a cross-functional team across engineering, data science, and design to deliver a cohesive member experience.

The role requires 8+ years in product management, strong analytical fluency, and a track record of leading senior PM talent in a global matrixed organization.

Formación

• 8+ years of product management leadership shipping scaled consumer tech.
• Expert-level ability to synthesize complex data into actionable product narratives.
• Proven experience managing senior PMs in a global matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent technical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for global member experience.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team and foster ownership and experimentation.
• Use advanced analytics to decode member behavior and run large-scale experiments to optimize the membership funnel.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design leadership to ensure a unified user experience across the product ecosystem.
