Uber Logistics is hiring a Product Manager in New York to shape the vision and roadmap for a new logistics platform. You will work across product, engineering, design, and operations to solve complex shipping challenges for shippers.

You’ll be responsible for defining experiences, building tools, and partnering with enterprise customers to deliver scalable solutions, with a bias toward action and a true passion for Uber’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, quoting, booking, management, and tracking for shipments in the Uber Logistics network.
• Build tools to manage transportation operations including planning, exceptions, visibility, and reporting.
• Partner with enterprise customers to translate workflows into scalable solutions.
• Drive integrations to reduce manual work and improve experiences.
• Define the shipper platform roadmap balancing customer needs and business growth.
• Set success metrics and use experiments to improve adoption and retention.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products with measurable business impact.
• Help shape product vision, development practices, and team culture.
