Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing and developing senior PM talent and leading through influence in a matrixed global organization.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent technical experience.

About the Role

As a consumer-focused Group Product Manager working across Eats and Rides, you will define the strategy and product experience for the platform’s most valuable and loyal customer segments. Your mission is to evolve the product experience from a transactional relationship into a high-value, cross-app lifestyle operating system. You’ll work on bringing together our Eats & Rides experiences, creating unique value adds and leveling up the relationship we have with consumers.

This is a high-visibility leadership role at the intersection of diverse business lines, requiring a strategist who can navigate multi-sided marketplaces and build products that foster deep emotional resonance and brand advocacy.

What You’ll Do

  • Marketplace Expertise: Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and the use of levers to balance supply-side and demand-side health.
  • Operational Excellence: A "Driver" mindset characterized by a bias for action and the ability to execute on both high-level strategy and granular product details.

For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $252,000 per year - USD $280,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $252,000 per year - USD $280,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
