Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of 1‑2 PMs.
• Lead AI‑native product discovery, specs, and shipping.
• Own a meaningful slice of the product roadmap across clinical/ops tooling.
• Run discovery directly with Advocates, clinicians, and PCPs.
• Translate workflows into product requirements while balancing clinical nuance.
• Partner with engineering and design to scope, sequence, and launch.
• Define and track success metrics tied to real outcomes.
• Identify where AI can reduce manual burden and drive adoption.
• Bring structure to ambiguous, fast‑changing problems in an early-stage environment.
