Job summary

PathAI is seeking a Staff AI Product Manager to shape and execute its core AI product roadmap from discovery to deployment. You will lead a cross-functional team spanning ML, pathology, data science, clinical affairs, and quality, defining multi-year visions and building strong business cases for high-impact AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching and scaling AI/ML products.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital pathology, or biotech domains.
• Understanding end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle including model development and lifecycle monitoring.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication with technical, scientific, clinical, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product visions and roadmaps for AI algorithm products.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex discoveries into scalable clinical and research tools.
• Collaborate with regulatory, quality, and clinical affairs for SaMD pathways.
