Job summary

Redfin is seeking a Senior Product Manager I to drive the next wave of customer growth. You will own key parts of the conversion funnel, turning visitors into contacts for agents and mortgage bankers.

You’ll balance iterative experiments with bigger bets across layers of risk and ambiguity. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts to ship world-class products, run a high-velocity experimentation program, and communicate progress and recommendations to executives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering new products or experiences.
• Preferably with conversion product management and a deep understanding of A/B testing.
• Ability to influence executives and employees across functions.
• Learner with ability to develop subject matter expertise quickly.
• Deep customer empathy to listen to users and solve problems.
• Track record of working on ambiguous, innovative problems and simplifying them into actionable steps.
• Strong communication to convey vision to the team and executives.
• Analytical and data-driven with willingness to perform complex analyses.

Responsibilities

• Build a vision and strategy, aligning cross-functional leadership.
• Run a high-velocity experimentation program and learn from A/B tests.
• Design, execute, and measure conversion rate improvements.
• Create roadmaps, requirements, and product designs with clear goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a cohesive user experience and drive business results.
• Own the product roadmap, rallying a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts.
• Influence technical directions with engineering leadership.
• Dive into data with analysts to derive insights and inform improvements.
• Communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to executives with clear narratives.
