Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in AI/ML-powered automation or compliance tech.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs and PM teams.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into product strategy.
• Track record of aligning investments with senior leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Compliance Automation.
• Lead PMs to define, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML capabilities that scale across jurisdictions.
• Drive cost optimization by automating processes within compliance operations.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Trust & Risk, Engineering, and Data Science to meet regulatory needs.
• Shape integration of emerging AI/ML technologies to improve detection and case resolution.
• Build relationships with regulatory stakeholders and translate evolving rules into product capabilities.
